An old problem: Text doesn’t show in AE cs3?
‘m a beginner in AE, just downloaded a free template from https://www.freeaetemplates.com/
I try to change the text and logo in the template, but the text just doesn’t show:((. Click Reset Character and change current Time Indicator doesn’t work. I also installed the missing fonts in the template but still no luck. Could you please help me pointing out my problem and how to fix this?
My OS info: Window 7, Adobe After Effect CS3.
There are my layer info:+ Opacity; 100%.
+ Layer Styles: Lots of layer style exists, I just “Remove All” but this doesn’t help.
+ Color: Ok, color is white and background is black.
+ Opengl: turned off already.
+ Effects: No effect there.

It’s called october_freebie from https://www.freeaetemplates.com/. I also try with other templates but most of them have the same problem.

I registered, I searched for october_freebie, october and freebie and did not find any template.
I registered, downloaded a comp and it worked fine. Try uploading just the project files(none of the videos, grx, just the .aep file) here, you can do that with the last icon above. I’ll download it and take a look.

Thank you, I try out others but none of them works, maybe something wrong with me, not the template:((
