Bouncing between blackmagic ATEM 4k and telestream wirecast built system.

Only using 1 cam, 1 computer output for powerpoint, and audio feed off mixing board. Streaming to youtube. The streaming can happen on the system, or off since we already have a teradek cube that can do the sdi to streaming conversion.

Blackmagic seems interesting bc all custom hardware based, but less flexible than wirecast for sources.

Even though this is the base setup, I work at an aquarium, and the possibility of integrating live feeds from IP cams, using hangouts, etc. seems much more possible with a wirecast setup.

Ultimately I’m looking for reliability. I need something that runs reliably and stays in sync. Cost wise, both systems appear to be about the same once I get all the bits and pieces in order.

Hard finding anyone with real world experience with them, and not easy to find demo units.
