green reflection from projector
Hi!
Haven’t found a suitable forum for this question. Hope you can help me.
Many times I encounter the same problem – white light from videoprojector lamp, when reflected from black surface, becomes green! But only from specific angle. If I move 30 degrees right or left, reflection becomes white again.
This is disturbing my brain. What can I do again this green light? WHY is it green?http://www.transscreen.ru – clear projection films and touchscreen.

Never even heard or seen this ? Is it a dlp projector or an LCD?

I encountered it with both LCD and DLP.

Wow I’m stumped on this one. My only comment is that the screen material seems very translucent. What is it?
It would seem to be the material as I’ve done similar projection jobs with no problem..

Hi Andy!
Projection surface is Transscreen projection film, it’s transparent. But I also experienca this effect with regular rear-projection screens.
I advise you, next time you’ll have a projector around you, take a black reflective plate (e.g. piece of plastic, and look at the reflection. You will be surprised.http://www.transscreen.ru – clear projection films and touchscreen.
