  After effects quicktime errrors after installing OSX Lion

  I was running after effects CS5.5 (on Mac) upgraded the OS to Lion- Now After effects does not recognize any of my footage (quicktimes -all codecs-)nor will it render out any quicktimes.
  after this I installed CS6 – same deal.
  I have quicktime 7 installed and it plays the clips fine. I have seen similar post but none seemed directly related to my problem. Was on with Adobe support-they did not have a clue.
