  Adobe after effects CS 5.5 After rendered to AVI video problem

  After rendering the video file on Adobe After effects CS5.5.

  The rendered file when i play on windows media player, it keeps pausing like its in a RAM preview, it responds slow. It was rendered in 30 frame skip and its an AVI video with the best quality, the sound is rendered also at 16 bit.

  Please help me i have spent hours to try and solve this problem.

  Most likely, you cpu and video card are unable to play back an uncompressed AVI file smoothly. Check out this explanation from Todd Kopriva at Adobe.
