Separate the areas- a different key for the hair, body and hands.
For hair and hands, you may want to use 2 layers- one with a tight key using a Matte Choker, the second with a slightly feathered edge ( more feathered for moving hands) that has a correction for the green spill to match the background color and transparency.

So basically mask out those different areas and do another key light

To get the tightest junk matte possible, and fairly automatically, you can’t do much better than this tutorial by Aharon Rabinowitz.
