  Button highlights preview OK, but not on BD desktop player

  I am new to Encore, but have been using DVDSP for about 17 years.
  I created a DVD with an initial menu where the user choses the subtitle language and form there the movie plays accordingly. The navigation is working fin, as I have tested in Preview mode and also burned a BD disk and tested it on a Samsung desktop player.

  My problem is that I have chosen the button highlight colors and percentages, so when a button is highlighted, it turns bright yellow and when activated, bright red. Otherwise, it is medium gray. In preview mode this works fine, but when I tested the BD disk on the mentioned desktop player, the button highlight is barely visible, a faint hint of hue is barely visible (my friend who was with me could not even see the difference). So, the user will not know which button is activated.

  This is very frustrating, as I am delivering this to a client, and can’t seem to understand why this is happening. Any clues?
