  Encore’s BluRay maximum video data rate?

  Hi all,
  Can anyone point me to official Adobe documentation of the maximum video data rate enforced by Encore when importing BluRay assets compressed in other apps?
  Of special interest would be specs for how Encore assesses and evaluates transient spikes in the video data rate in VBR assets.

  It should be within the help file.

  My recollection is that it adheres to industry standard
  of a 40mbps maximum (video+audio) bit rate for blu-ray.
