  motion menu pixelated. encore cs6

  Hi there, I need some help, I been using encore cs4 for a few years, I use to record in mini dv tapes, usually I make a 1 minute .avi video that I link to the menú and every thing was fine, But i just change to CS6 and now every thing is a nigthmare, Mainly because my motion (video) menus are pixelated, I did tray diferent kind of format, avi, mpeg and the result is the same, Do you have an idea what can I do.
  I edit my footage in pinacle studio 16. and then burn the DVD in encore cs6.
  Please any Idea will be very valuable.
