I have a batch project with multiple discs, all using a similar menu design and file structure on the disc. The videos are broken apart into segments, individual video files, and all have their own SCC file attached. We originally received the SCC files from a 3rd party vendor and then we imported them into Premiere and exported new files with new SCC segments out of Premiere’s native SCC generator.

Disc 1 has 3 segments (individual videos) and after burning it to disc and testing on a DVD player, here’s what happens: With all three segments, the CC begins immediately before anyone begins speaking. Moves way too fast as well.

So the file is making it to disc, but the timing and the speed is off completely. Discs 2-5 have various other problems that I’ll post later if its relevant.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I’m getting more gray hair by the minute!
