I’ve been trying to make a Blu-Ray disc that has almost 180 short timelines. I create playlists and then put links to around 20 timelines for each playlist. But when I get done, everything is all messed up. On my second try on this project, I tested the DVD after setting up each of the first two timelines, and everything was working. So at that point, I just kept going until I was done with all 9 playlists.

But now, no matter which playlist button I click, it goes to the same timeline that is absolutely not in 8 of the 9 playlists. After playing that short timeline, nothing else happens. I have gone back to look at the playlists, and they seem to be exactly as I would want them.

When I close out of the preview window, I get an Internal Software Error.

So, is there a limit to the number of timelines that can be in a project? Could that be causing the problem?

    Jerel,
180 timelines are far too much – DVD spec is quite clear. it could contain 99 tracks or stories (which are nearly the same as tracks).

you need to reduce the number of your tracks!
