  replacing .m2ts

  I have viewed my final blu-ray and I noticed a minor problem in one of the elements while playing it on a player.

  I will do another version, BUT, what I would like to do is switch the file from the new version with the old version.

  That is, in Encore burn to folder, take the new file with the same file number and replace it with the previous version.

  The reason I want to use this path: I know I have watched say 80% of the files on a blu-ray player the previous version and all is good, and if I do a new burn I will not feel comfortable until I have viewed everything again this will save me a lot of time viewing.

  (Yes, I will match the numbers on the .m2ts files as I replace.)

  No but you should be able to match that ts file in QuickTime or VLC player

  Eric, I am not sure if I understand correctly, do you advise against switching .m2ts files?

  I know exactly the two files at this point, the numbers do not change much, and am further able to identify by viewing and size. So they are exact matches.

  Can I switch?

  No…..you can just switch out mts files

  You’ll need to do a full mux
