  • button routing locked – red no entry icon?!

Posted by David Payne on November 3, 2011 at 4:12 pm

hi all, I have followed a series of tutorials to make an encore menu and I can’t seem to adjust the button routing like eveybody else can in their tutorials.

I hover over any part of the button other than the number in the middle which displays which number that particular button is and I get the locked red no entry sign.

It’s driving me mad! What do I need to do to ‘unlock’ the manual button routing please?!

    Hi David,
Click on Menu, in the Properties for this menu find and unchek Automaticly rout the buttons. Then rout them as you need. It’s that easy.

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit,
Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (overclocked to 4.5GHz),
CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler, ASUS P8P67 PRO,
    G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB,
    EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 2GB ,
    Matrox MXO2 with MAX,
COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Black ATX Full Tower Computer Case,
    Adobe CS 5 Production Premium

thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I’ve already tried that and it still displays the locked symbol…

does anyone have any idea about this? I’d love to get this sorted… It renders my menu structures pretty unusable how it currently is
