  Best video format from After Effects CS4 to Encore CS4

  Hi Everyone,

  I have some longish videos 5x 5mins at 720×576. I normally render these out of After Effects as photojpegs at 80% quality – resulting in 1gb files.

  As they are all in After Effects I have the option to render them out as anything after effects is capable of.

  I would like to import these videos to Encore to create a playable DVD.

  Question is: For this length movies, what’s the best file format for rendering out of after effects and importing into Encore CS4?
