• Adobe Encore DVD

  chapter markers

  Hi all,

  I have a 7 min. timeline in encore and created chapter points at different sections of it. I have 12 total markers. My problem is that encore is creating an invisible 13th marker at the end. So when I get to the 12th chapter and hit “next chapter”, the DVD is over and goes to the DVD player’s main screen. I tried to set an end action to the 12th marker but didn’t seem to work. Is there something I did wrong? or is this just not possible?

  What do you want to happen when you press the Next button while viewing the last chapter of the DVD?

  This is exactly what it should do. In fact, I consider it a bug that Encore does not do the same for Blu-ray projects. For Blu-ray projects, it does not create a chapter at the very end, so once you get to the last chapter, nothing happens when you press next.
