  Error LOADING TRANSCODE PRESET

  Hi, does anybody knows anything about how to fix this problem
  “Error loading transcode preset”
  any idea?, I already uninstall and re-install the program and try different versions and the same problem remains

  I hope someone can have any clue, thanks

  If you created a custom transcode preset and used it in a particular project, then reinstalled the program or transfered the project to a different system, that preset will not be found and it will have issues loading.

  correct, but do you have any idea about how to fix the problem, I don’t care about the presets, neither previous proyects, I just need encore working as usual on just one computer

  Do you have access to the computer that the project was originally created on? If so, you might be able to copy the preset over to your current system if you can locate it. If you simply have reformatted your system since you last worked on that project, I’m not quite sure how to resolve it. This issue is one of the reasons that I stopped creating custom transcoding presets in Encore. I now transcode all my videos before bringing them into Encore, and only use the existing presets for the transcoding of the motion menus.
