  Encore menu highlights not showing

  So I’m tearing out what little hair I have because I can’t figure out why my menu highlights show in a preview in Encore, but when I burn a BD folder and put it on a BD-RE disc to test it they’re not showing.

  I’m using the “Studio Menu HD” that comes with Encore as a template. I replaced the back ground with a motion background and have moved the chapter buttons, copied them to make more buttons, which should in theory work just fine.

  I render the project, do a preview in Encore and everything looks just the way, I would like it to look on the Blu Ray disk. There are no errors when I check the project. I’ve rebuilt this sucker 5 or 6 times and clearly am missing something really obvious to most. I even took another Menu template & made a small project and it worked, so maybe the template I chose for my project is defective. Hard to believe, but any ideas of what I’m doing wrong would be helpful.

  I’m using CS3 on a Macbook Pro 2.8 GHZ with 4GB ram.
