  Poor Quality, strobing problems when burning Encore DVD’s

  Hi there,
  Could someone help me with this problem, I am filming coloured stripes on white paper with a sony HVR_HD1000P High Def Camera, I have tested the settings and I am using refractive light. The quality of film that appers in the premier pro timeline is excellent, and when I use dynamic link to import to encore…the monitor previews are excellent as well…but when the project is burnt to DVD it comes out all strobey, flickery and crap.
  Is my problem with my camera, CS4 or my computer?
