  Problem reading DVDs

  Hi everyone,

  I am new to DVD encore and i have made some testing today but i have a problem: When i burn dvds they work well on any computer i tried but they never work on dvd players. I wonder why.

  1- I tried to burn using DVD encore itself to no result.
  2- I made insted a iso file and burned it with roxio with the same result.
  3- I’ve changed the regional settings to accept only for canada but i have the same problem.

  Does anyone have any ideas of what could cause this problem?

  It could be the type of media you are using. Professionals use Taiyo Yuden (now owned by JVC), or Verbatim.
