  problem with m2v files using Encore classroom in a book

  Well thought it best to get the book as above.

  During the first lesson I’ve noticed that when I play the m2v video files I get a green band though the centre of the monitor, its ok playing the avi files, I’ve uploaded the screen shot, hope you can see what I’m on about. WHy do you think I get this?

  Can anyone advise on this problem?

  As I have said when I review MPeg4 files in encore I get the attached problem, band through the preview window. Other avi files preview ok.
