  Making Frame Size from 640 x 480 to 720 x 480 (or any other frame size Encore DVD takes)

  This seems like such a simple question with such a simple solution, but for the days I been searching the answer to this question, people go way off topic and throw in other terms and confuses everyone.

  Simply put, I am trying to import a wmv video into my Encore DVD project. Only problem? It has a frame size (I believe also called resolution) of 640 x 480, and a wonderful message I get when I try to import says “VIDEO FILES FOR THIS PROJECT MUST HAVE A RESOLUTION OF 720X480, 720X486 OR 704X480”.

  Can anybody please tell me a FREE way I can change the frame rate from 640 x 480 to 720 x 480 or possibly one of the other frame sizes?
