• Adobe Encore DVD

  Problems to write a Folder, an ISO Image or a DVD Disc, on Encore CS4!

  I have installed EncoreDVD CS4 Version 4.0.1.048 from Production Collection; Access Account as Administrator.

  I have this system installed: OS Windows XP Corporate x64Bit; CPU Intel Core2Quad Q9650; RAM DDR2 4GB Kingston; HDD 3x 500GB WesternDigital; GPU Sparkle GeForce9400GT.

  All in EncoreDVD CS4 works well for the creation process of My Project.
  But I have this problem:

  I cannot write a Final Project Folder, nor an ISO Image on HardDisk.
  I have tried with Write on DVD Disc: but Encore Eject my disc, just when the writing of the Disc starts.(Zero KB writed!)

  I have attached an Image of the Alert Window that appears when I try to Write a Folder or a ISO Image.

  Message: “error allocate memory”.

  Thus, I cannot write my Project.

  1) Why I cannot write anything?

  2) Is Encore DVD CS4 affected by such issue?

  3) How can I do to write some DVD, some Image, or Folder?

  Please Hurry! Response me!

  I’ve never seen that error, but I know when I tried putting CS4 on a system running XP Pro 64, hardly anything Adobe was working.

  I don’t believe most things are supported with XP 64.

  There could be an answer, but that’s a possible cause.

  My computer is new, purchased from no more than 6 months.

  I don’t think that this is one problem of OS.

  All others softwares of CS4-Master Collection (AfterEffects, Photoshop x32 and x64 Bit, PremierePro, Acrobat 9,ecc…) works very well !

  Also others non-Adobe-branded softwares works very well.

  I have installed successfully Autodesk 3DSMax9 x32 and x64Bit, with plugins such SitniSati Afterburn,Dreamscape…Autodesk Movimento; plugins of Premiere Pro such Quicktracks Audio; Trapcode Starglow,Shine,Particular; Power DVD, Nero9, etc…

  I also updated Encore CS4 to version 4.0.1, without any results…

  Please help me!
