!!Help – Size change in preview
Sorry for the emergency but I can’t quite get this figured out.
We built a simple question/answer game in Encore essentially a linear set of menus. The files were built at 1280×720 and the show was set up to be such in the project prefs. But we need to output a test at SD sizes. We get either a black area about 5-15 pixels wide around all sides or in some cases on left/bottom/right when we preview it. I checked the project settings and they are correct. It began to happen when we had imported a single file as a “slide show” so that the autoreturn function or autoadvance function would be enabled. At that point it only occurred around the slide show. When I changed the scale from Scale and apply Matte to Scale and Crop edges that solved it for the slideshow frames but then the rest of the menus went to a black border. Any insight on this problem or how to scale the menus so that all the frames fit border to border? Time is not kind to us right now so if anyone can help…..please…..!
