  Looping does not work

  Hello, this is kind of an urgent question, I need to deploy my film in less than a week.

  The problem I have is the looping feature in Encore CS4. I’ve done Andrew Kramer’s DVD Authoring tutorial on VideoCopilot, and the following problems occur.

  
  1. When I set the loop point to 7 seconds, and the duration to 14 seconds, when previewing the DVD, it would always start from the beginning, play TO the LOOP POINT, and repeating from the beginning, and never showing the buttons, and ultimately never reach the end of the video. (Isn’t the video suppose to play all the way through, then start again FROM the loop point?)

  2. The hold forever button is checked before I link the video and audio, but it would uncheck itself afterwards.

  In the end, my DVD could not even go pass the loop point because of this issue. Am I doing something wrong?
