Blu-ray discs not playing
We burnt some Blu-ray discs from Adobe Encore .
It seems to have been done all fine… but when we are trying to play it on our sharp Blu-ray players it just does’nt show anything. It does’nt even play on the burner it was built on…

Unfortunately most if not all Sharp players do not play BD-R discs….wish I knew why myself?? 🙂 BD-R play back is it and miss with burnable BD media.

We’ve had this problem with some Sony BD players as well. We believe this is because Encore doesn’t included the AACS copy-protection files, and some Blu-ray players won’t play a disc without it. We have a very nice Samsung which does a great job playing the discs I’ve made.

So i went online and upgraded the software for the sharp blu-ray player.
Guess what??? It plays just fine in my blu-ray player now!
