  Encore freezing when importing files

  Hello everyone,

  I have a problem. When I try to import a file thats any longer than maybe a few seconds long encore locks up and stops responding. Why is this? I am on a brand new mac. I have Two 3.2 intel quad core with 12GB of ram. So power or speed is not an issue… its the program.. But why and how can I fix it. It gets to 100% but then I get that little spinning ball famous with mac computers and encore locks up… Anyone have this problem?
