    hey!

i have an ae project which i want to write to dvd by using encore dvd 2.0. Im trying to use dynamic link to import my compostion into encore but it doesnt work (its look gray i mean unactive). Even i drag composition into encore.

My question is encore 2.0 doesnt work with ae 7 ?

if both dont work together how can i write to dvd without losing quality of my video? and its also take much place from my hdd if i export it as a mov or avi.

    Thanks.

With Encore 2.0, you must be using AE 7 Pro to get dynamic link to work.

And it has to be part of the suite. Dynamic Link only works when the whole suite is installed; it’s not available for the individual apps no matter how many you have.

[Jeff Bellune] “And it has to be part of the suite. Dynamic Link only works when the whole suite is installed; it’s not available for the individual apps no matter how many you have.”

That’s definitely true of CS3 and CS4. But as I recall (and memory could be failing me on this), Encore 2.0 only required AE 7 Pro for dynamic link.
