  PAL and NTSC projects

  I just made a DVD using encore in PAL now i need to do it exactly the same but in NTSC, i still have the whole project saved and files and all the stuff, is there a way to change the settings to NTSC or a way to export the whole project so i can make it NTSC?

  Not in Encore.

  You will have to convert the video to NTSC, and then create a new NTSC project in Encore and rebuild the project from the ground up.
