  Missing Template Library in CS3

  Hey everybody,

  I have searched for over an hour on the web and no answers to why all the template material for Encore which is supposed to ship with CS3 Prod Premium is not there. I tried to install just that asset from the main CS3 installer. No dice. Says Encore asset installation unsuccessful. This was the advice of Adbobe Customer Support to install. Tried it twice and no dice. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient Adobe.

  Calling on anybody anywhere to help solve this
