    Hi,

I’ve recently run into a problem I’ve never had before. I render a movie on Premier Pro, try to load it into Encore DVD, and I get a message saying the file is at 23.987 fps and needs to be transcoded immediately. That’s no big deal, happens all the time.

However, my problem is that when I click ok, the message either keeps on popping up and it says error, can’t transcode file, or this message pops up:

Stream requested does not exist (DVD Error – 19803)

It does this with almost every file, please help!!!!

What type of file is it – AVI or MPEG?

    If MPEG, is it demuxed?

The only other time I’ve heard of this error, a user reworked all his menus and the error went away. No clue as to why that worked for him.

What is different about what you are doing now versus what you have done before?

    The file is an AVI

Re-doing the menu may work, but that’s a lot of work, haha.

Honestly, I don’t see myself doing anything different or new than what I did before.

Here’s the weird part, I made a new project, loaded in the avi file, and no problem whatsoever. I guess I will have to re-do all my menus. Pain in the butt, but it works.

    Thanks for the help!
