  Worflow ProResHQ FCP/AE

  Hello there,

  Currently working with RED converted files in ProRes HQ 1080p.
  I’m just wondering if my worflow is correct.

  I edit in FCP 7 and export the Fx Clips for AE CS5 in the same ProRes HQ.
  I do my fx work then go back in FCP exporting in ProRes HQ… again.

  I’ve always asked myself if I was doing the right thing.
  As I always worked as a freelance, I learned every method by myself. Never worked in production companys so I figured it out some workflows.

  Should I export in an other less destructive way ?
