  AC3 audio loses fades in Encore

  Hello,

  I’m making my first DVD with AC3 surround. The audio is produced by someone else on a Mac, where he compresses to AC3 using Compressor. Some places he fades the audio out, and these fades are intact on his machine after the AC3 compression. But when we bring the files into Encore on my Windows machine, the fades are not there (the audio just cuts out abruptly). Anyone have an idea what might be going on?
