Encore background doesn’t loop
… my background is set to loop but doesn’t. Actually appears to cycle twice but then goes to black. HELP! I am a very new user.

Are you testing this in Encore’s Preview, or burning a DVD and testing in a player?

Good question. We did check it in Preview where it loops fine. After we burn it and view in on a DVD player or computer, it cycles twice and then goes to a blank screen.

Do you have any overrides set? Anywhere? If so, change them all to “Not Set” and try again. Use RW discs for testing (if you’re not already) so you don’t make any coasters.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, then we need to know more about your project. How does the audience get to this menu? Is it set as First Play? Is it the end action of a timeline or playlist? Is it the target of a button link from another menu?
