  where is my DVD menu?!?

  I created a DVD menu with Encore. It works perfectly when I preview it. So I burned the DVD…

  When I play it on my computer, it skips the menu and goes straight to the movie. When I play it on my DVD player, it says “unable to play disc.”

  I’ve never had this problem before. Any ideas why my menu won’t work?

  You need to set your menu as “First Play”. Some hardware DVD players will not accept or read a disc that doesn’t have a menu set as FP.
