Menue Over Lapping Button and Title Remote Not Set
Please,
I’m using ENCORE DVD2, my project 3.5GB it contains over 80 menus and 2 hidden buttons and when I do Project check, it comes up with 2 Menu over lapping buttons and DVD project title remote not set.
I’ve tried to fix the menu button through photoshop but could not find an extra buttons in the menu. When I do project check again, an over lapping
button comes up.Also, don’t know what’s its mean by Title remote not set..and how to fix it.

Moe – in Check Project, double-click on the menu with overlapping buttons warning. This will open the menu that has the error. Then turn on Show Button Routing in the Menu editor and relocate any button that overlaps another button.
Title menu is the menu that comes up when you press the Title or Top Menu button on your DVD player remote control. Usually, you want your beginning menu to come up here. Set Title Remote in the Disc properties.

Thank you for your helpy,,, but i think I don’t understand the meaning of Overlapping buttons, is it one button possion over another in the menu,
or one button has 2 links and do 2 jobs at the same time, or other thing…pleaseMoe

Overlapping buttons means the bounding rectangle containing a button overlaps the bounding rectangle of another button. This will produce an error condition on the final DVD…the button rectangles must not overlap.

sorry for asking too much.. but until now, could not find where Remote Title is,
and how to set it.. went to Disc page were i build dvd and did not find it there.when i do project check i get dvd project title not set.

Go to the Disc panel, then look at the Properties panel. It’s a field there.
