Hi all, I have been beating my head against the wall with this new problem all day and can’t figure it out. I have an Encore 2.0 project that I already built and burned, I need to change the video so I imported new video dropped it onto the timeline..no problem. I go to render the menu, I get a “file exists” error..ok great. So I think I have fixed that, but now when I transcode the menu and timeline it gets hung up on importing the file after the transcoding is done. Any ideas? I have also tried to open a new project and import the transcoded files but the importing widow comes and it looks like it will finish and then the completion bar drops back the middle?? Not sure what is going on.
    Thanks
    Kevin

i have the same problem!! when the file is importing after transcoding multiple .mpegindex files are created in the folder \cache\media cache files\mlf.cache.MACC

i have no idea what is going on but these files are all exactly the same and they keep recreating over and over. even if i cancel the transcoding process. they also start appearing when i reopen the project.

anyone know what to do about this. as i doubt adobe do as i have phoned them multiple times before with no luck. i have been promised phone calls to be returned with a solution, again no luck.

    cheers, dale wilson.

Did you all ever figure this one out? A colleague of mine is having exactly the same issue and we can’t figure out how to get him moving along….

    Thanks!
