  using Encore and having a chapter error

  Some reason in encore I am having a chapter error. The last few chapters are time coded right, they appear right in the preview but then when I make the iso file and burn it… the chapters are jumbled. Like chapter 16 has a picture, you click on the menu and it goes to chapter 15, then 15 goes to the middle of no where and then 14 goes to 13… this is only happening on the dvd and iso file but looks fine in the program, the time codes are right…. I dont know what to try

  I also noticed that there is a huge jump in the timeline when I try to play the chapter through. That most of the chapters work and the ones that mess up are indeed jumping around on the timeline.
