  Adding custom menu to library

  I can not figure out how to add my own custom menu to the library. I know how to create the menu. What I want to know, is how to drop it into the library so I can use it as a default. I have searched the in program help and the Cow archives.

  In Encore 2.0, you should be able to drag the menu from the Project panel to the Library panel.
