• Adobe Encore DVD

  HELP!!!

  I get a DVD err -19013 when I try to preview or burn a job I loaded back into my computer. I know it’s a memory error. But how can I fix this ASAP. The Timlines play fine. I did have to relink all my assets. The job is 14 GIG and had to be split up onto 2 DVD archive discs. I made a folder called Rev. 4 6 06 and dragged it all back into that folder. What went wrong???
  Please help.

  What version?

  Encore 1.x was VERY finnicky about assets and project files being moved around. Encore 2.0 is more forgiving, but can still be affected, especially if the project file and/or project folder get moved.

  My best advice is to put everything back where it was and try again. If that doesn’t work, try loading an earlier version of the project (again making sure that all assets and project files are where Encore expects them to be).
