  encore 1.5 crashes when importing any mpeg-file

  what program have you used to encode the clips?
  i wonder if you have clashing mpeg decoders installed or something….

  Encore even stops with encore-transcoded files…
  There are several codecs installed an my system (main concept, matrox digisuite, DivX, Xvid, etc.), but none of them is corrupted.
