  Can’t get past the startup

  Hey,

  I’ve looked everywhere for a solution to my problem and have found nothing.

  Here’s my problem: My Adobe Encore 1.5 (full version) program will load when I open it, but once the startup is done it disappears. No error. No sound fx. Nothing. Just poof! I tried reinstalling and found the same results.

  It didnt always do that. It worked like a charm before, but then my computer crashed. I recovered most of my files (some software was missing), but my Windows XP login account was lost. Im now using another account and that’s when my problem with Encore happened.

  Besides that, everything else runs fine. Does anyone have a solution???
