  Refections in After Effects 5.5

  I’m trying to reflect some text off water as it rises up out of a pond. There was a tutorial for this but it seems to have disapeared. Does anyone know where it went or how to do this?

  Is there a way to create this in 6.5? I know that the effects are called something slightly different.
