  Encore Bit Rate errors

  How do I build a DVD that keeps coming up with “Unknown Error-(BR Error 1)? A little research has told me the BR could mean Bit Rate. I have tried reseting everything more than once, even reinstalling the program, without any luck. I have saved under different names, reset the transcoding options (including changing to both CBR and VBR) to just about every one and even changed the menus multiple times. Do you have any Ideas? They would be greatly appreciated.
