  abnormal condition

  I have seen this posted a couple of times, but cannot seem to get rid of this message. The download for the update won’t install, I posted something on that, so I am not sure if it is the animated menu that is messing this up. I saw that I needed to render the menu and I still get the error. It also will not let me specify my burner type so not sure if that is an issue.

  anyone got some ideas?
