  content management utility suddenly does not see my nx5u camera not other files in import window

  I have been using the content management utility to import from my camcorder. For some reason recently I do not have the camera nor other files show up on the import screen. Luckily I have the software on another computer and I am able to import ot an external drive that I move over to my editing station, but that is a pain. I have tried the usual reboot of the computer but no luck so far.

  Uninstall and reinstall the software. Sounds like the drivers have been deleted.

  I uninstalled and re installed as suggested but no luck.
