  Can’t import to IMAC

  I really need help. I have Sony HXR-NX5U that I am trying to use with my IMAC OS10.6 and Final Cut Express 4. I also have a flash memory drive which I plug connect into a USB. I can see the clips on the desktop, but can’t open them. I have tried log & capture, drag & drop, I movie, but I can’t open.

  I also tried contacting Sony and Apple for help, but no one has the answer.

  Can someone help me? Please. Thanks.

  You have to go to File, Log and Transfer. Pick the folder with your footage and import it that way.
