  XDCAM Transfer Clip Thumbnail Error

  XDCAM Transfer Clip Thumbnail Error
  (Using XDCAM Transfer 2.10 in OS 10.6)
  When I click on a file in XD Cam Transfer I got Error message
  “The clip thumbnail could not be saved to the cache as it was an unrecognised format.”
  Options are Cancel All Tasks and OK
  The error will happen with each clip I select.
  If anyone has any suggestions at all it would be very much appreciated.

  This is normal with 2.10 and Snow Leopard. Update to 2.13 and the thumbnails will process correctly. https://www.sony.com/xdcam-downloads . Go to Applications–>Legacy Applications–>XDCAM Transfer for FCP.
