  The Correct specifications for file export to PDW-U1

  Hello everyone,

  I’m trying to export a file from Adobe Premiere Pro CC Workstation running Windows 7 Pro so that I could drop it into the Clips folder of a XDCAM disc that’s in a PDW-U1. I’ve currently tried:

  MXF wrapped XDCAM 422 HD 50 1080i60 with Stereo audio
  MXF wrapped XDCAM 422 HD 50 1080i60 with 4 Channels audio
  MXF wrapped XDCAM 422 HD 50 1080i60 with 8 Channels audio
  MXF wrapped XDCAM 420 HD 35 1080i60 with 8 Channels audio

  So far none of these have worked. If anyone has any suggestions it would be most appreciated.

  Op1A MXF

  HD422 50 Mb requires 8 x 24 bit mono
  HD420 35 Mb requires 2 or 4 ch of 16 bit mono
