  Cant down load latest software upgrade for PMW500 from US Micro site with Safari or Chrome.. never a problem before.. Mac OS 10.8.4.. ??

  Down loaded fine from the UK site..? maybe some problem with the US one ?

  Sorry I think its the US site

  I went to the UK site.. and it worked fine in safari.. the above it wouldnt down load in safari or chrome..
