It’s not an NDA, and if I don’t respond it’s because there haven’t been any newsworthy updates. We are sorting this out with Japan and with Apple and I hope to be able to post something soon.

FCPX 10.0.3 and OSX 10.7.3 are out now.
I’m wondering if whatever needed to be sorted between Sony and Apple has been done.
It sounds as if it’s more a business issue than technical issue at this point.

I’ll ask for an update pro forma even though I expect you’ll say you don’t have any news. I’ll hope for a surprise response though.
